-Return Policy:  Any products being returned to Trionics Superior Water needs to be returned in the original packaging and in new condition within 30 days of purchase. Once received by Trionics, we will refund the amount of your purchase minus the cost of shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Before returning any products to Trionics Superior Water you must first contact us and we will issue a Returned Goods Authorization Number (RGA) and the shipping address. All returns received without a RGA # will be refused by our warehouse.

Trionics and Manufacturer’s’ warranty and performance guarantees do not cover acts of God, misuse or abuse. All products must be used in accordance to the specific application. All warranties and performance guarantees are valid to the original purchaser. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to insure that the equipment is installed in compliance with all applicable building codes when not utilizing a Trionics Authorized Plumber/Installer. We are not responsible for consumer misapplications or changes in the quality of the source water being treated. Labor and or cost of damage due to misuse or defective items are the responsibility of the purchaser. If you have not had a water test done before purchasing a system, a certified water test may be required for any warranty claims. Trionics Superior Water is not responsible for any water test results not performed by Trionics Superior Water. Should your water test show contaminates unknown at the time of purchase or unknown to Trionics, this may void your warranty. Please contact Trionics for further details.
